This Guarantee excludes large single orders containing more than 5 products, which will be addressed by us according to evaluation on a case by case basis.

  1. Returns and Refunds:

We are committed to customer satisfaction and have a no risk full customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied in any way with any of our products, contact us within 30 days for a full refund less cost of shipping if any. Any shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect. This Policy excludes large single orders containing more than 5 products, which will be addressed by us according to evaluation on a case by case basis.
