We reserve the right to accept, decline, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders with incorrect pricing or where the product is unavailable. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.
• Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless you contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellations, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be made. Cancellations will be addressed by us according to evaluation on a case by case basis. 

 

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping: We offer shipping to the contiguous United States, as well as to non-contiguous United States territories/states and international locations with an additional international shipping charge. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We cannot guarantee the availability of international shipping to all international locations.
• Shipping Costs:Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method and destination. These costs will be displayed at checkout.
• Delivery:Once your order is shipped, you can access your tracking number assigned by the carrier to monitor its status. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by international shipping or customs. 
• Risk of Loss:Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. We are committed to customer satisfaction. All orders are assigned a tracking number by the carrier. If you do not receive your package as noted on the tracking document and notify us within 5 days of scheduled delivery, we will initiate an investigation. In the event of a first time loss, we will issue a credit or replacement for unreceived packages. We reserve the right to evaluate and approve or deny any credit or replacement.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Satisfaction Guarantee: Our Return Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee (“Guarantee”) governs returns and refunds with a satisfaction guarantee. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy and satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Simply reach out to our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve any issues. Please note that this Guarantee excludes large single orders containing more than 5 products, which will be addressed by us according to evaluation on a case by case basis. 
• Returns and Refunds: Our Return Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee (“Guarantee”) governs returns and refunds. Please review our Guarantee for details on how to request refunds. We are committed to customer satisfaction and have a no risk full customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied in any way with any of our products, contact us within 30 days for a full refund less cost of shipping if any. Any shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect. This Guarantee excludes large single orders containing more than 5 products, which will be addressed by us according to evaluation on a case by case basis. • Refund Processing:Refunds will be processed according to the method of payment used for the original purchase and any refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

• Account Creation:To place an order, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Any disputes, legal action, or proceeding arising under, out of, in connection with, or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, Nevada and must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

• Informal Resolution: If you have any concerns or disputes, please contact us first to attempt to resolve them informally.
• Arbitration: Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Clark County, Nevada. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
• Waiver of Class Actions: You agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, representative, or consolidated action.
