We ship to the contiguous United States, as well as non-contiguous U.S. states and territories. We also offer international shipping, though availability may vary. Additional shipping charges apply to international orders.

Risk of Loss & Missing Packages

Ownership of products transfers to the customer once the carrier receives the package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are in transit.
- If your tracking status shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 5 days of the scheduled delivery date, and we will initiate an investigation.

For first-time lost packages, we may issue a credit or replacement at our discretion. We reserve the right to evaluate and approve or deny any credit or replacement requests.
